EVALUATIONS

Teachers will be evaluated quarterly on the following areas, and the culmination of the evaluations will be a basis of annual Performance Reviews:

Admin Time

  • Effective use of Admin Time when assigned

Attendance

  • Tardiness - Being ready to teach right at lesson start time.

  • Absences - Being present for the 44 weeks we are open for lessons

Adaptability to Change

  • Ability to implement new procedures and changes

Book Sales

  • Steady Book Sales into high levels

Support of Studio Promotions

  • Ongoing enthusiasm and engagement of parent and students

Compliance to Studio Procedures

  • Adherence to Studio procedures such as the 1 minute rule, etc.

Parent Communication

  • Providing feedback to parents and students every lesson

  • Responding same day to parents and students via the portal

Recitals

  • Supporting studio’s efforts in recital participation by encouraging students to participate

  • Preparing students for best performances

  • Using Recital videos to improve student’s overall performance skills

  • Being Proactive about informing students of performance opportunities

  • Relaying the benefits of performing in the recital to parents and students

  • Timely communicating with management and parents

  • Overall success of students’ performances

Student Retention

  • Providing feedback at each lesson

  • Completing Student reviews

  • Student Feedback to management as needed upon request
