EVALUATIONS
Teachers will be evaluated quarterly on the following areas, and the culmination of the evaluations will be a basis of annual Performance Reviews:
Admin Time
Effective use of Admin Time when assigned
Attendance
Tardiness - Being ready to teach right at lesson start time.
Absences - Being present for the 44 weeks we are open for lessons
Adaptability to Change
Ability to implement new procedures and changes
Book Sales
Steady Book Sales into high levels
Support of Studio Promotions
Ongoing enthusiasm and engagement of parent and students
Compliance to Studio Procedures
Adherence to Studio procedures such as the 1 minute rule, etc.
Parent Communication
Providing feedback to parents and students every lesson
Responding same day to parents and students via the portal
Recitals
Supporting studio’s efforts in recital participation by encouraging students to participate
Preparing students for best performances
Using Recital videos to improve student’s overall performance skills
Being Proactive about informing students of performance opportunities
Relaying the benefits of performing in the recital to parents and students
Timely communicating with management and parents
Overall success of students’ performances
Student Retention
Providing feedback at each lesson
Completing Student reviews
Student Feedback to management as needed upon request
