TIME OFF REQUESTS

Teachers are expected to work committed days 44 weeks every year, and there are 8 weeks of studio closure. If you need to take time off in addition to the unpaid weeks off, please scroll down to the RESOURCES section and complete the “TIME OFF REQUEST FORM”. Once the form is submitted to Management - you will hear back shortly on whether your request was approved or denied.

Please note that requests made in the following months will not be approved:

• August/September - Fall Signups Rush

• January/February - Winter/Spring Signup Season

• May - Retention Alert Month
