Trial Indicators
Trial lessons are indicated by a green exclamation point. The trial lesson date will be notated in the “Notes” column. Trials are typically offered on the potential regular weekly lesson day and time, generally with the teacher that is doing the trial. It is important to update the field as soon as the potential student lets us know whether he/she is continuing or not so that the spot is freed up and available for an upcoming student. This screenshot was taken on 11/22, way after the Ava Sweey’s trial on 10/15. Whoever followed up with Ava Sweesy should have removed her from this board, and added notes to the Ava’s Opus account indicating whether she is continuing or not. If Ava ended up signing up - the green exclamation should have been removed and the “OFFERED 10/15” in the Notes column should have been deleted.
